Chocolate raspberry layer cake with chocolate ganache frosting by Pickycook. Made it today for my partner’s birthday. I don’t like chocolate, but he says it’s mighty tasty :)

Level of Difficulty: Easy
This was the cake that started it all. Two layers of a homemade chocolate expresso cake, Pillsbury frosting mixed with some cocoa powder to get the crust coloring, grated white chocolate to look like mozzarella cheese, green and yellow dots cut to look like peppers, smashed red dots for pepperoni, and swedish fish anchovies! Still one of my favorite cakes to date.
